Martin Kugla is a political scientist with a long-standing focus on military conflicts, armed forces, and weapons procurement in his publications. He served as a consultant to the Supreme Control Authority in evaluating equipment purchases for the Slovak Republic’s Ministry of Defense.
Kugla holds a political science degree from the University of Trnava.
